Salary: $35$38/hrJob Title: Roofing Inside Sales RepresentativeDepartment:SalesReports to: General ManagerLocation: Santa Rosa, CAPosition Type:Hourly, Non-ExemptCompensation:$35$38/hrAbout the RoleThe Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible forclosing residential roofing jobs, following up on warm leads, and supporting the outside sales team.This position isprimarily phone-driven, focusing on converting leads into signed contracts. While the role is mostly office-based, you mayoccasionally visit job sitesto help finalize deals when needed.The Inside Sales Representative also serves as the first point of contact forwalk-in customers, providing excellent customer service and support.What Youll DoSales & Lead ConversionFollow up on warm leads, referrals, and pipeline opportunities to driveclosed sales.Close deals that have already been estimated or initiated by outside sales reps.Present contracts, answer customer questions, and secure signed agreements.Make high-volume outbound calls and maintain a structured follow-up process.Support the outside sales team by managing customer communication between estimate and close.Customer InteractionAssist walk-in customers with questions, scheduling, and general support.Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales/production teams.Administrative & CRM ManagementMaintain detailed notes, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Assist with scheduling, documentation, customer updates, and payment coordination.Field Support (Occasional)Attend field appointments when needed to help close pending opportunities.Represent the company professionally in all in-person interactions.What Youll Bring2 years of inside sales, call center sales, or customer service experience(roofing, construction, or similar trade experience is a plus, but not required).Rehash Sales Experience is a plusProven ability to close deals and convert warm leads.Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.Professional, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Comfortable using CRM(Acculynx is a plus) systems and basic computer applications.Valid drivers license and clean driving record for occasional field visits.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while on the phone or computer.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs for occasional office tasks.Occasional field visits may require standing, walking, or brief outdoor exposure.Ability to interact professionally with customers in the office environment.Why Join UsCompetitive hourly payMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-driven environmentBacked by Allied Roofing Partners stable, growing, and employee-focused
