What You’ll Be Doing
- Run in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners
- Perform roof and property inspections
- Build and present high-converting proposals
- Follow a proven sales process that works
- Own your pipeline from lead → close → handoff
- Communicate with clients throughout the process
- Network, generate referrals, and build your book of business
Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a closer with standards.
- 1 year in in-home sales (roofing, siding, windows preferred)
- Confident, competitive, and goal-obsessed
- Able to climb roofs and perform inspections
- Strong communicator who can control a room and close deals
- Coachable, driven, and committed to growth
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Bonus Points:
- Insurance claim experience
- Commercial roofing knowledge
