Maintenance Technician
Allied Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will maintain the community’s physical condition and respond to resident service requests by diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues promptly. A day in the life:
- Performing general maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
- Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
- Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage
The wish list:
- 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
- High school diploma or GED graduate level.
