Press Brake Operator — CNC/Manual | Chester Springs, PA
Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a stable opportunity with a well-established manufacturer? We are hiring an advanced Press Brake Operator in Chester Springs, PA.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate both manual and CNC press brake machines
- Load CNC programs and adjust machine parameters
- Troubleshoot machine and process-level issues independently
- Perform basic maintenance and ensure quality of finished parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and run to print dimensions
What We're Looking For:
- Manual and CNC press brake setup and operation — required
- Advanced troubleshooting capability at machine and process level
- Blueprint reading — must set up and run to specification
- CNC programming experience — preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma or GED required
