Allied Reliability is seeking a Multi-Site residential Maintenance Technician to oversee 3 properties in Milwaukee, WI. The properties include ~244 units total (64-unit attached to a library, 90-unit former school, 90-unit additional). The technician must be able to handle multiple sites independently. The technician may lead on-site staff and support acquisitions/turns. Growth plans for the position include a downtown including a Milwaukee Bucks-adjacent restaurant/condo development.

Requirements

HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting/appliance repair, strong customer service, preventive maintenance and work orders, valid license and insurance, on-call rotation, ability to lift 75 lbs.

RealPage/OneSite Familiarity a Plus, EPA/CPO Certs Preferred Not Required.

Must be customer service oriented.
