What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP Coordinator position at Allied Reliability?
- TECO orders as needed across all departments
- Troubleshoot transactions that are not closing/flowing correctly
- Train Supervisors and other key personal on SAP processes as needed
- Create and maintain detailed trouble shooting and training documents for SAP system
- Setup new order SKUs in SAP (This includes MDF and Flooring)
- Coach stakeholders and team members regarding best practices for SAP workflow
- Work with site leadership to correct reoccurring issues with SAP transactions
- Support the SAP team as a Local Key User
- Develop a strategy to engage and inform roadblocks in SAP transactional workflow
- Be aware of the industry's best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to incorporate them
- Facilitate definition and documentation
- Accurately input transaction details into SAP and verify the information for completeness and correctness
- Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies
- Generating reports on transaction data for analysis and decision-making
- Assisting with the maintenance and updates of the SAP system
- Working with other departments, such as accounting, sales, and purchasing, to ensure smooth transaction flow
Professional Experience
- Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in managing transactions in SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing setting

- Highly proficient in standard Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Highly proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
