About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Allied Reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to drive reliability initiatives.
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance programs to improve availability and productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on equipment redesign to ensure reliability is incorporated into all modifications or new installations.
- Lead audits of North America sites on asset reliability maintenance programs and sparing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- 5 years experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or reliability positions in a steel mill or heavy industrial environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to guide a team through complex projects.
Desired Requirements:
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
- Intermediate to proficient skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel and Project.
- Experience with world-class manufacturing practices and program management.
