What are the responsibilities and job description for the Propane Cylinder Dock Position position at Allied Propane Service?
The Propane Dock Worker is responsible for maintaining the dock and storage areas, inspecting/filling and loading propane cylinders for drivers and customers, and assisting drivers as needed. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs. The Propane Dock Worker MUST be safety and team customer service oriented.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
-Inspects, repairs, paints & fills and loads cylinders
-Safely unload and reload cylinders onto delivery trucks
-Handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines
-Maintains shop and dock area to ensure a professional appearance and safe environment
-Assist drivers on routes and with customers as needed
-keeping yard free of debris and yard maintenance
