Insurance Client Services Specialist

We're looking for an Insurance Client Services Specialist who wants to make a real impact, someone who thrives on complex client relationships, operational excellence, and protecting the professionals who care for others.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
You'll be the trusted point of contact for our insured doctors and practices. You'll have high-value client interactions, resolve complex service issues, drive retention, and help shape processes that keep our coverage the most competitive and comprehensive in the profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for sophisticated client inquiries via phone, email, and text delivering service with professionalism and empathy
- Manage policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and data integrity using Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint) and internal insurance systems
- Proactively identify service gaps, recommend process improvements, and support underwriting and claims teams
- Handle escalated or complex accounts that require strong judgment and insurance knowledge
- Contribute to team training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or operations within insurance (professional liability, medical malpractice, or property & casualty strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve high-stakes issues independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint (or similar systems)
- Strong self-management skills and a long-term career mindset
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Scottsdale office
Preferred Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- Experience in healthcare professional liability, risk retention groups, or affinity insurance programs
- Prior mentoring or process-improvement experience
