Bring Your Machine Operator Skills To a Large Scale

Large Format Print Operator is responsible for producing high-quality graphics, signage, and display materials using large format print equipment. Your machine operation skills will play a big roll to operate and maintain flatbed and roll-to-roll UV inkjet printers to ensure prints meet precise specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate flatbed and roll-to-roll large format UV inkjet printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and materials.
• Accurately record production time, materials, and job details in the data system
• Laminate, trim, cut, and package printed materials cording to production requirements
• Inspect printed output for color accuracy, defects, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on large format printing equipment to maintain optimal performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical or print-related issues to minimize production downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient workflow and production standards
• Communicate production updates, issues, or material needs with supervisors and team members
  
  

What You Bring:

• Experience operating large format digital presses (flatbed and roll-to-roll preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed job tickets and production instructions
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality and color accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to record production data accurately
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative print environment
  
  

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience operating large format printers or related digital printing equipment preferred
  
  

Physical Requirements:

Standing 100% of the shift | Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift Available & Schedule: 1st shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00), 3rd shift (12:00-8:00am)
