The Bindery Handworker will focus on finishing techniques, where you'll play an essential role in the final stages of the production process. You'll bring printed materials to life through precise hand assembly and quality. 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform hand bindery and finishing operations such as collating, inserting, folding, gluing, stapling, stamping, sealing, padding, and mailing preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Conduct regular quality checks and follow all safety and production standards.
• Communicate with the Handworker Lead regarding any production issues or improvements.
• Support the team by assisting on machines in the Bindery Department (folders, stitchers, collators, shrink wrap, etc.)
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth flow of production.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality and productivity.
• 1–4 months of hand assembly, manufacturing, and kitting.
• This position is a great start to introduce yourself to the print industry and manufacturing.

• Job Type: Full-Time/ ENTRY LEVEL 
• Shift Available & Schedule: 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:00am)
