What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer/Planner position at Allied Personnel Services?
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Buyer/Planner opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours. Pay is $29.00-35.00/hr based on experience.
In this role you will schedule production and purchase components:
- analyze and convert customer orders and sales forecasts to manufacturing orders and component purchase orders
- monitor status of customer, manufacturing, and purchase orders to ensure on time delivery of finished products
- schedule and run MRP and purchase required components
- Purchase supplies, materials, and office supplies/equipment
- Maintain purchasing records and resolve PO issues
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Business/Supply Chain and at least 2 year's experience in purchasing/planning/supply chain. Experience working in an MRP is strongly preferred.
