Chiropractic Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable chiropractic office manger to join our healthcare team at Allied Pain Relief Clinics. This is a leadership role in which our candidate will show effective communication and professional skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical office operations, system implementation, as well as the ability to communicate with patients and other staff effectively. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, team leading, strong work ethic, reliability, team building and organizational skills. This is a growing and thriving practice in which will take managerial and prior chiropractic experience in all office operations.

Duties

• Office operations such as verifying insurance, tracking prior authorizations, thorough communication with our billing team and overseeing all in-office operations.
• Focus on practice growth such as adding other providers to the practice, expansion into our clinic, adding advanced rehabilitative technology.
• Maintaining compliance in healthcare operations as well as employee compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Workers compensation and personal injury experience.
• Record and track employee PTO, duties, payroll.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure growth in comprehensive patient care.

• Proficient in medical terminology, enabling effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent patient service skills, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients.
• In-depth knowledge of understanding to insurance based medical systems and electronic medical records systems.
• Knowledge in insurance, workers compensation, personal injury and running a practice.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in chiropractic practices.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
