Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Commission-Only Sales Representative to expand our presence across South Carolina, coastal Georgia, and portions of North Carolina. This is a hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing profitable packaging and equipment projects. The role includes full CRM and AI support to ensure high productivity and strong deal flow.
Primary Territory (Core Focus)
• Charleston Metro (Summerville, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Ladson, Mt. Pleasant)
• I-26 Corridor (Summerville → Columbia → Newberry)
• Upstate SC (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Greer)
• Savannah, GA and the I‑95 Industrial Corridor
Secondary Expansion Territory
• Augusta, GA / Aiken, SC
• Charlotte Metro (targeted industrial zones)
• Western NC (Hickory, Statesville, Shelby)
What You’ll Do
· Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturers, warehousing operations, and distribution clients.
· Prospect using:
o AI-generated leads supplied by Allied
o Pre-populated CRM contacts
o Your personal network and LinkedIn research
· Move deals through a structured Monday CRM pipeline:
o Research → Outreach → Connected → Proposal/Deal
· Conduct on-site visits and assess needs related to packaging, consumables, storage systems, and material flow.
· Work with Allied’s engineering and quoting team for proposal development.
· Maintain disciplined CRM documentation through Monday.com.
· Follow up consistently to close business and grow recurring consumables accounts.

Compensation
· 30% of Gross Profit on new business you originate
· No earning cap; commissions paid monthly (5th of every month) after customer payment is received
· SPIFF incentives and GP accelerators available for high performers
Ideal Candidate
· Experience in packaging, material handling equipment, industrial supply, or B2B manufacturing services
· Comfortable operating in a commission-only, high‑upside environment
· Skilled at managing a territory and pipeline using CRM tools
· Self‑starter, organized, and excellent communicator
· Able to travel throughout SC/GA/NC as needed
