Key Functions
Financial and Cost Control
- Cost Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and maintain accurate costing data for products and inventory. Prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Variance Management: Monitor variances between actual and budgeted costs, providing insights and recommendations for cost control.
- Standard Costing: Develop and maintain standard costing systems and support month/year-end financial closings.
- Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with operations teams to analyze and improve overall cost efficiencies.
- Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and track suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and conduct periodic valuations/reconciliations.
- Strategic Procurement: Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize best practices (Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational efficiency efforts and manage subordinate staff.

- Experience:3–5 years of proven experience in cost accounting, purchasing, or a combined supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Certifications (Advantageous): Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CPIM are a plus.
- Data Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze substantial amounts of data, ensuring diligence and accuracy.
- Key Measures: Success is measured by consistently delivering high-quality work, maintaining appropriate expense management to meet budget requirements, and demonstrating deep proficiency in Supply Chain functions.
- Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm).
- Travel:Limited travel required (less than 10%).
- Supply Chain Acumen: Proficiency in organizing the entire supply chain, from procurement to raw material deployment.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Execution: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savviness: Strong computer literacy is required.
