Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a local book of business within an assigned territory
- Prospect new customers and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Conduct on-site sales visits, product presentations, and consultations
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, buyers, and operations leaders
- Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Travel 10–20% as needed for customer meetings, training, or industry events
- Proven success in B2B sales; industrial sales experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of outside or field sales experience
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Competitive base salary plus commission or incentive plan
