Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Mortgage Assistant (Spanish) at Allied Mortgage Group, Inc. The role involves assisting loan officers with mortgage processing tasks, answering client inquiries in both English and Spanish, and gathering loan documentation. Additional responsibilities include managing communication between clients and internal stakeholders and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless mortgage experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, understanding of Loans, and familiarity with Mortgage Lending processes
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in the mortgage process
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mortgage or financial sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
