Part-Time IT Portfolio Coordinator
Allied Mineral Products is a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. We are currently seeking a Part Time IT Portfolio Coordinator who is responsible for contributions to the Allied Mineral Products’ IT Portfolio of projects that will maximize its value and contribution to the organizational strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Project data synch for Portfolio Dashboard (cross alignment from CAB, TRs, Prioritization meetings, communications)
- Resource allocation refreshes
- Request project updates
- Complete project closure notices
- Complete project calendar updates/holidays
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate across Allied’s global locations
- Experience with MS Office application.
- Planview/Daptiv project tool administration preferred or demonstrated ability to learn new software.
- Must have excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Being process oriented is a must.
Working Environment
- Office work environment
- Work hours will be part time with a flexible schedule TBD, Monday thru Friday.
