Role Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to manage inbound customer demand and support daily operations.
This is not a passive customer service role. You will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into scheduled jobs, maintaining schedule accuracy, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from first contact through job completion.
This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive under pressure, and comfortable being measured on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails with speed and professionalism
- Convert inquiries into booked jobs through clear communication and service knowledge
- Build and manage daily schedules with a high degree of accuracy
- Confirm appointments and proactively reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Resolve customer issues directly or escalate when necessary
- Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure execution aligns with customer expectations
- Uphold brand standards in every customer interaction
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Typical shift window: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Consistency in schedule is required
Compensation & Incentives
- $19 to $22 per hour, based on experience
- Bi-weekly performance bonuses tied to booking rate, schedule accuracy, and customer outcomes

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail, especially with scheduling and data entry
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools
- Reliable internet and workspace if remote
