Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Rafael, serving the San Francisco Bay Area with an outstanding benefits package. The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, experience with plumbing and piping estimating is beneficial. This role involves selling and managing projects, coordinating with clients and contractors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring timely and successful completion of assignments. The professional should also expect to cultivate & maintain new and existing business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping
- Proficiency in project management and ability to oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Strong budgeting skills and experience in cost estimation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and industry regulations
- Experience in the construction or energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is beneficial
