What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Allied Hearing?
Allied Hearing is growing, and we are excited to add a Patient Care Coordinator to our team. We have office locations in Alma, Midland, and Mount Pleasant. This position will serve primarily at our Midland location, with some coverage expected in the other locations.
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator sets the tone for the office. This role is ideal for someone who is social, detail-oriented, flexible, and hard-working. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, enjoy taking initiative, and find satisfaction in helping patients feel cared for and supported.

What you’ll do day-to-day:
· Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly
· Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
· Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, and process payments
· Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues
