What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Allied Glass?
What you’ll do:
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls
- Sort and distribute mail and arrange for UPS/Shipping
- Assist with customer walk-in’s / sales
- Assist Estimators / Project Managers with construction support needs and assist with ordering materials as directed
- Process the billing for the branch which includes A/R, A/P and collections
- Complete, process and file customer and vendor lien waivers
- Reconcile credit cards for the branch
- Issue job warranties at the closeout project documentation
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects.
Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-$24 hourly
What you’ll need to have:
- High school diploma/equivalent and at least 2 years of office assistant experience, or equivalent training and work experience. Construction experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
