Job Description
360 Foundations
A 360° experience across Allied’s supply chain and field teams.
This program guides new team members through a structured 6-month rotation across Allied’s core divisions: New Construction, Remodel, Service, Alarms, and Underground - building hands-on experience, field relationships, and long-term career direction.
Program Goals
Each month, participants will spend one dedicated week shadowing a different line of business (New Construction, Remodel, Service, Alarms, Underground). The remaining weeks of the month will be spent supporting Allied’s supply chain teams to gain a foundational understanding of material handling, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
Outcome
By Month 6, you’ll be placed into the division that best aligns with your strengths and interests - setting the foundation for a successful, long-term career at Allied Fire Protection.

- Build a rapport with multiple crews and leaders
