We manufacture and sell all soft home bedding, bath and sleep products for national retailers and direct to consumer digital brands. We were born as a supplier to the world of Apparel - our parent company was founded in the 80’s and is based in California. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented Product Development Manager.

You can assess the market and trends and work with our suppliers to get the job done. You work with our sales team, design team to show them what we’re made of as well as guide them in sourcing for our retailers.
The Details
Create, develop, design, draw specs for utility home bedding.
Work with our suppliers to meet product requirements including, product design specs for utility home bedding, material review, and packaging requests.
Act as liaison between sales and suppliers to support retailer-specific programs
Working directly with our sales, design, and production teams to bring innovative products to market constantly.
Frequent market comp shops to maintain up-to-date market knowledge of price points, key items, and trends.
Communicate via presentations and meetings with our sales teams to ensure they have all the necessary tools to sell your products into their retail channels.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed (Asia to meet with our suppliers and factory teams, Europe for trend inspiration) when safe to do so. Occasional domestic travel with members of our sales team to help achieve custom-tailored products for our many valued retail partners.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in product development - specifically in home textiles, sourcing, or relevant industry role specializing in textiles
Must have experience working with factories in India and China
Must have experience with product testing companies (eg: CTL)
Must have basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Must be a team player with a positive outlook
Must be organized
Must have experience in home textile product development
Must be a self-starter
Most importantly, must love the product and want to "own" your categories in Textiles and see them through from concept to successful execution in stores across the world
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
