Position Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you'll serve as the first point of contact with homeowners by canvassing residential neighborhoods, introducing Allied Exteriors, and setting qualified in-home appointments for our sales team.

This is a field-based, face-to-face sales opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working toward goals, and earning based on performance. You'll receive structured training, daily coaching, and a proven system to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face

• Introduce Allied Exteriors and our exterior home improvement solutions

• Generate interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations

• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners

• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Track appointments, activity, and performance metrics

• Follow proven lead-generation systems and processes

• Work closely with the sales team to support company growth

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Door-to-door sales experience

• Appointment setting experience

• Customer service or customer-facing experience

• Sales or lead generation experience

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home services industries

Compensation & Incentives

• Average earnings of $1,200–$3,000 per week
