• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and case strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work closely with partners and clients on complex employment issues
• Collaborate within a highly interactive team environment
Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of employment litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience handling employment-related disputes and litigation matters
