Our client, a renowned Civil Litigation Defense firm that specializes in Insurance Defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their exceptional team in Concord, CA.
This is a hybrid role. You'll be able to work from home with occasional travel to the office to meet with other team members for case strategies etc.

We are seeking motivated associates to join our team and work alongside experienced lead attorneys on all phases of litigation.

Qualifications:
- Insurance defense litigation experience
- Personal injury litigation experience
- Landlord tenant habitability work, med mal and construction defect is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in rapid response investigations following catastrophic events
- Contribute to case evaluation and strategic reporting
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Engage in hands-on litigation with a focus on strategic thinking to meet client objectives
