We are looking for a Full Time Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor for our specialty services in our referral hospital in Brooklyn Park!
- Supervise the technical staff while actively working on the floor.
- Lead staff with training, answer questions, and be there to the entire support staff provide the best patient care possible.
- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals in Internal Medicine, Oncology and Surgery.
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
- Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor animals before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
- Provide compassionate care to animals and their owners.
Requirements:
- LVT: Certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Prior supervisor experience preferred.
