Primary Objectives of Position:
- Excel in a fast paced customer orientated environment
- Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
- Perform tasks with excellent customer service
- Execute store policies and procedures
- Maintain professional attitude, conduct, and appearance
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Efficiently deliver products to customers on a timely manner
- Knowledge of products and services
- Work with co-workers and supervisor to achieve monthly sales goals
- Handle claims and complaints in an appropriate manner
- Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays
- Assist on maintaining an orderly and clean facility
- Operate a forklift to move product around the facility
- Assist with checking in stock order and stocking product on shelving
- Willingness to assist in filling propane cylinders
Qualifications:
- A valid state driver’s license is a must with a clean, acceptable MVR driving record.
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds or more continuously
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, and have good finger dexterity.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- A keen sense of direction with the ability to read a map and find your way around the delivery area
