Primary Objectives of Position:
- Sell, market, and distribute store items in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
- Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
- Perform tasks with excellent customer service
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Make proper recommendations and applications of products sold
- Knowledge of prices of products and services
- Work with co-workers and supervisor to achieve monthly sales goals
- Handle claims and complaints in an appropriate manner
- Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays
- Assist on maintaining an orderly and clean facility
- Comply with all credit terms and policies
- Assist in filling and recertifying propane cylinders
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to kneel, bend, and have good finger and leg dexterity.
