We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, as well as a desire to learn and grow. They will also be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on large scale commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Superintendent and Project Manager on all necessary construction management activities.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in construction management or a related field experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
