What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front End Loader Operator position at Allied Cement LLC?
- Operate front-end loader to fill bins with sand and rock in a safe and controlled manner
- Operate skid steer (Bobcat) to remove excess materials and maintain yard cleanliness during downtime
- Remove excess cement from pool areas and place in designated drying locations
- Move pumps between designated pool areas as directed
- Load scrap materials from bins into dump trucks
- Assist with backing and positioning of mixer trucks for loading operations
- Perform routine equipment support tasks, including greasing plant equipment and draining air compressors
- Start plant operations to ensure readiness for batching
- Turn on facility lighting at start of shift and secure lighting at daylight
- Ensure gates remain closed and site security procedures are followed
- Maintain adequate fuel levels in all assigned equipment
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
