Caregiver Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Caregiver / Field Coordinator to join our growing team! This unique position combines hands-on caregiving with field responsibilities such as client admissions, home visits, and assessments, along with occasional office support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is organized, and has a passion for helping others both in the home and behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

In-Home Care

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Help with mobility and transfers

• Follow care plans and document services

Field Duties

• Complete new client admissions and paperwork

• Conduct in-home assessments and safety checks

• Perform routine home visits for quality assurance

• Communicate updates to office staff and assist with care planning

Office Support (as needed)

• Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry

• Support scheduling or coordination tasks

• Attend team meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) 

• Must be dependable and professional
