What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases and keep data relevant.
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees have current licenses, badges, and certifications
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling all clothing orders
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
