Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or in person only role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Norwood, MA, with flexibility for work-from-home opportunities. The role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, providing therapy for diverse client presentations, implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and offering psychological testing services. The psychologist will uphold the practice’s mission by collaborating with colleagues, participating in peer consultations, and maintaining high standards of care for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples and/or family, psychotherapy in office and/or via telehealth
  • Maintain timely documentation including assessments, notes, and treatment plans
  • Participate in supervision, clinical trainings, and peer consultations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary referral sources as needed
  • Maintain active licensure or pursue steps toward licensure in Massachusetts
  • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards


Productivity Expectations:

  • Full-time: 25 billable sessions/week
  • Part-time: Productivity is flexible/negotiable depending on candidate fit


Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field from an APA-accredited institution
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in Massachusetts
  • Must reside in Massachusetts
  • Experience with adult, child, and/or adolescent populations
  • Strong clinical writing, documentation, and case conceptualization skills
  • Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, play/family therapy, IFS, ERP, etc.)
  • Prior experience with child/adolescent populations highly valued
  • Commitment to timely notes and ethical practice
