Schedule & Pay
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime
- Pay Range: $30.00-$45.00 per hour, DOE Spiffs Benefits
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong skills in HVAC system design and ductwork installation
- Solid understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of residential/light commercial systems
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise installation teams
- Excellent safety knowledge with tools, testing devices, and jobsite best practices
- General understanding of HVAC low-voltage systems
- Ability to diagnose customer issues and offer solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to leadership classes and 20 hours of advanced HVAC training annually
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NATE Installer certifications
- Ability to perform system testing and balancing
- Knowledge of residential/light commercial code requirements
