About the Role
Allicin's Ranch is a premium, hand-grown and hand-braided garlic operation based in Moyie Springs, Idaho, sourcing organic garlic year round and building a culinary brand rooted in traceability, craft, and quality. We're looking for a hands-on Business Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a small, growing company — someone equally comfortable behind a spreadsheet, on the packing room floor, and managing a small team.
What You'll Own
- Basic bookkeeping and invoicing to keep the financial side accurate and current
- Website maintenance and upkeep
- Marketing execution, including social media and email blast campaigns
- Ordering and organizing inventory and the packing room
- Packing and shipping customer orders
- Customer service and order support
- Hiring, onboarding, and managing team members
- Keeping the overall business organized, efficient, and profitable
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats — this is a generalist role in a small, hands-on business
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially around bookkeeping and invoicing
- Basic marketing and social media fluency
- Physically able to work in a packing/shipping environment
- Prior experience in office management preferred
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Moyie Springs, Idaho
Hours
This is a flexible, salaried role rather than a fixed 9-to-5. Workload shifts with the season — expect roughly 30 hours in slower weeks and up to 40 during peak harvest and pre-order periods. The salary reflects that variability, so hours are managed around getting the work done rather than clocking a set schedule.
Compensation
$3,500 per month.
