What You Do

You will assist as the liaison with important team members and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. Assist, with intermediate ability, in assessing and documenting business risks, business cases, identifying impacted partners, developing communication plans, creating As Is/To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions. Responsible for multiple business requirement elicitation methods, assessing business impacts, writing clear, concise, and accurate business requirements, business requirement traceability to technical requirements, planning/execution of User Acceptance Testing, production validation, training/SOP support, and project transition planning. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.

  • Develop relationships through clear written and verbal communication with business and IT resources to facilitate the resolution of Operations impacting incidents.
  • Participate in building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs.
  • Plans and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs.
  • Builds business cases outlining scope and identifying partners; facilitate and documents As Is, To Be and Gap Analysis of Business Process.
  • Creates business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What You Bring

  • 4 years’ experience required: Business Analysis in Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry; demonstrated accomplishments in implementing projects and other programs.
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job Posting Range

Business Analyst: $57,000 - $84,000

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
