The Bartender/ Server is a part time hourly, non‐exempt role in the Food & Beverage department at Sabal Springs Golf and Racquet Club, where great service meets great community. Bartender/Servers are at the heart of the guest experience—serving up food, drinks, and smiles while creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere for our residents and guests. This role focuses on responsible alcohol service, guest safety, and following all compliance standards, all while keeping service areas clean, organized, and welcoming. If you’re friendly, attentive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly while people are having a good time, this role is for you.

Pay:$14 per hour plus tips

Job Type: Part-Time.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous previous experience in bartending/serving experience preferred.
• Must meet Florida’s minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Available to work days, night, weekend, split shifts and/or holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Ability to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Professional appearance with strong communication and situational awareness skills.
• ServeSafe Certification required within the first week of employment
