Job Summary

Works with the Travero Logistics Dedicated Fleet carriers in the planning and assignment of client loads, ensuring the most efficient routing and utilization of carriers and trailers, while maximizing revenue opportunity and carrier retention. Diligently aids in the tracking and communication of fleet and trailer availability, to capture revenue opportunity and limit expenses. Communicates efficiently and effectively as a critical team member between the Dedicated Fleet team and Client Services.

What you will do

• Works with the Travero Logistics Dedicated Fleet carriers in the planning and assignment of client loads, ensuring the most efficient routing and utilization of carriers and trailers, while maximizing revenue opportunity and carrier retention.
• Tracks fleet availability and follows communication and execution processes that will provide Client Services with the capacity and coverage needs of the Dedicated Fleet carriers.
• Supports the Dedicated Fleet trailer tracking management process to maximize trailer utilization. Collect and record critical trailer metrics such as detained trailer tracking, timely reporting of trailer mileage, trailer service scheduling, and trailer GPS connectivity.
• Works with Manager Dedicated Fleet on the procurement and growth of the Dedicated Fleet capacity by meeting carrier on-boarding goals that align with current and future business opportunities.
• Under the direction of the Manager Dedicated Fleet, works to meet the Key Performance indicators for the Dedicated Fleet. KPI's including, Daily Load Volume, Revenue, Carrier Procurement and Retention and Trailer Utilization.
• Works with carrier compliance to ensure that the Dedicated Fleet carriers follow all on boarding steps and meet all Travero Logistics carrier requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience in logistics or fleet operations.

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of freight brokerage experience, focused on carrier sales and operations.

The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
