What You’ll Do We are currently hiring call center/collections professionals to connect with customers and help resolve delinquent account issues. Qualifications Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred) Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Basic computer and typing skills Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers Background check required Why Join Us?
