We are hiring a dependable Shipping Operator for a full-time, first-shift position in Oldsmar. This role is responsible for preparing orders for shipment, verifying materials, maintaining accurate shipping records, and helping ensure products leave the facility safely and on time.
Shipping Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping information against work orders
• Inspect outgoing materials for damage or quality issues
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Complete shipping paperwork and update inventory records
• Organize finished products in the shipping area
• Communicate shortages, damaged materials, or order discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and shipping procedures
Qualifications
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is helpful
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and shipping documents accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
