Role Description The Operator 1 role is a full-time, on-site position located in Henning, TN. This role is responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, including reading gauges and meters, recording operational data, and adjusting equipment to maintain safe and compliant processes. The Operator 1 will perform routine inspections, collect and test water or wastewater samples, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or process issues under established procedures. - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules as needed to support continuous operations.

- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state water and/or wastewater operator certifications within required timeframes.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in outdoor and industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, as required by company policy.
