Automotive Collision Center Manager
Location: Staunton, VA (Serving the Shenandoah Valley)

Position Overview
The Automotive Collision Center Manager oversees all aspects of collision repair operations, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional repair quality, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily collision center operations and production workflow
- Lead, mentor, and motivate technicians, estimators, and support staff
- Maintain high standards for repair quality, cycle time, and production
- Review and approve estimates for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers, and vendors
- Track KPIs, budgets, and gross profit performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OEM procedures, and insurance requirements
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive collision repair management or leadership experience
- Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Strong understanding of insurance and DRP processes
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (Not Required)
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications
- Previous DRP management experience
