The Community Integration Counselor/Clinical Specialist is a crucial member of the clinical service team, using a variety of treatment modalities to support individuals with behavioral, cognitive, mental health, and physical disabilities. This position involves conducting patient consultations and assessments based on Social Work and Counseling principles, providing individual psychotherapy, facilitating family interventions, and developing treatment plans. The specialist applies evidence-based treatments to help clients manage or recover from their conditions.
This is a part-time role requiring 10 to 25 hours per week, with early morning, evening, and occasional weekend availability. Responsibilities also include guiding and mentoring clinical staff through training, problem-solving, and managing caseloads, documentation, and quality assurance.
Candidates must possess a counseling certification or an appropriate license in good standing, and must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
