As a Greeter, you are the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your primary role is to greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated.

• Customer Assistance: Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel based on their needs, whether it's sales, service, or parts.

• Information Provider: Answer basic questions about the dealership's services, vehicles, and promotions.

• Appointment Management: Assist customers with checking in for appointments and inform the relevant staff of their arrival.

• Lounge Maintenance: Ensure the customer lounge area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with refreshments and reading materials.

• Vehicle Display: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the showroom and lot.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure clear and friendly interaction with customers and team members.

• Professional Appearance: Neat and professional appearance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Age Requirement: 18 years or older.

• Previous Experience: Experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
