What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Packer position at Alliance RV?
Responsibilities:
- Pack customer orders ranging from small parcel shipments to large boxes and palletized freight
- Ensure all orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
- Create and apply shipping labels and required documentation
- Load packages, pallets, and freight onto carrier trucks for shipment
- Verify parts and quantities against pick tickets and shipping paperwork
- Assist with staging completed orders in designated shipping areas
- Serve as a backup picker by pulling parts from the warehouse and staging them in the packing area for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned
Description of Duties
This position will include heavy lifting, parts packing. This is not a line position. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
