Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RV Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the RV industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This position involves service writing, parts handling, cleaning, and various tasks to support our service department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and assess their RV service needs.
2. Write detailed service orders and communicate repair recommendations to customers.
3. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
4. Assist in parts ordering.
5. Maintain a clean and organized service area.
6. Assist with general cleaning of RVs if needed.
7. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers while the coach is in for service and post-service.
8. Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in service writing or a related field is preferred.
2. Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
6. A valid driver’s license.
