Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager based in Minneapolis, MN. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying potential new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and managing client accounts. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this position.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and client engagement
