Role Description
The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Waco, TX. Day-to-day responsibilities include property tours, executing lease agreements, maintaining lease administration, providing outstanding customer service to residents, resolving inquiries, and supporting resident retention strategies. Serve as the company's dedicated leasing expert, autonomously managing the full lifecycle of all residential leases. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational, analytical, and social skills.

Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- A “people person” suited for a blend of social interaction and administrative work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including tenants, clients, and administrative teams.
- Quick learner with an ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and "spreadsheet-level" detail without oversight.

Compensation Details
Projected Total Annual Compensation Value: $44,000 - $54,000
- Base Pay: $16/hr (negotiable based on experience)
- Incremental Pay: $75-$150 per new lease signed (75-130 per year)
